Meeting Details
Candidate: A candidate is a current PhD Student with an expected graduation date of Spring 2024 who is ready to enter the job market. Candidate presentations are limited to one appearance at Rookie Camp. If you have previously presented at Rookie Camp, you are not eligible to present again.
Registration Deadline: October 31, 2023
AAA Member- $250
Non-AAA Member- $400
Recruiter: Each representative from a school or firm must register for the event.

Observer: An observer is a current PhD Student who is NOT expected to graduate in the Spring 2024 semester. Observers may watch the student presentation portion, however they may not participate in the interview process or do presentations of their own.
